Resources for La Salle Catholic School Families
Welcome, La Salle families!
This page is your go-to hub for everything you need throughout the school year — from calendars and handbooks to uniforms, health forms, and parent involvement opportunities. Whether you’re a returning family or just starting your journey with La Salle Catholic School in Holy Cross, you’ll find quick access to important resources that keep your child’s school experience running smoothly.

Rooted in the Gospel values of faith, service, love, and community, La Salle Catholic School partners with families to nurture lifelong learners. We welcome students of all faiths into an inclusive, family-centered environment where small class sizes mean big opportunities.
School Guidelines & Resources
These resources will help you stay on top of the essentials that keep your child’s school experience smooth and stress-free.
Your child’s health and safety are always our top priority. All student health forms are completed directly through PowerSchool during registration. This ensures that medical information, emergency contacts, and immunization records are securely stored and easy to update each year. If you have any changes to your child’s health information during the school year, please contact the school office.
At La Salle Catholic School, we believe in educating the whole child—mind, body, and soul. Guided by the Archdiocesan Board of Education, our Wellness Policy promotes healthy habits that support every child’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The policy focuses on four key areas:
-
Nutrition Education and Promotion – Teaching students lifelong healthy eating habits through classroom lessons and nutritious school meals.
-
Physical Education and Activity – Ensuring all students engage in daily movement, physical education, and recess that foster active lifestyles.
-
Nutrition Guidelines – Providing balanced, appealing meals that meet or exceed federal standards, while encouraging healthy choices at home and school.
-
School-Based Wellness Initiatives – Integrating movement, mindfulness, and community partnerships across all areas of learning.
Through these initiatives, La Salle is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and health-conscious environment where students can grow in both character and wellness.

Parent Involvement
La Salle thrives because of the dedication and generosity of our families. Getting involved is a wonderful way to support the school, meet other parents, and make a lasting impact on our students and community.
School Board
The School Board helps guide the vision and future of La Salle Catholic School. If you are interested in serving on the board in future years, please submit your name on the School Board inquiry form.
Parent Group
The Parent Group is an active, welcoming community of parents who plan fundraisers, organize parish family events, and host fun activities for our students. It’s a great way to raise money for the school while also building friendships with other families. Interested in joining? Use our Contact Form and we’ll connect you with more details.
Holy Cross Days
Each year, the City of Holy Cross hosts a parade and auction, with proceeds benefiting local causes. When La Salle is selected, we rely on parent volunteers to help organize and run the auction. If you’d like to get involved, please let us know through our Contact Form.
Spring Social
The Spring Social is La Salle’s largest fundraiser of the year. Parents gather auction items, organize a dinner, and host both live and silent auctions. Your help ensures this tradition remains a success. To volunteer, simply fill out our Contact Form.
What Our Parents Are Saying...
LaSalle Catholic School has been a great second home for our kids! It's a wonderful family environment with great teachers and staff! I have been so impressed with the fun faith-related activities they do as a school and all the field trips they get to go on. Our kids have learned so much and really enjoy going to school!
